That is, soil that is tenderly worked with organic, natural practices that preserve its delicate but mighty food web. We want to grow this kind of hyperlocal, clean, nutrient-dense food for our community. Not only that, but we want to invite you into the process of growing your own food and connect you with the land that nurtures it.
Our business is multifaceted, but all of its offshoots point back to this core mission.
We grow microgreens because in a culture that is overextended and undernourished (in nutrients, if not in volume of food), microgreens are a simple, tasty, and potent source of all those nutrients we often lack.
We grow local, organic produce because we want our community to enjoy health, resilience, and the simple pleasure of a well grown and prepared meal.
We invite you into this process through events and workshops so you can see for yourself how good local nutrition feels, bring some of the bounty to your own backyard, and enjoy community around agriculture!
